The Clinical Exercise protocol is based on scientific evidence and the laws of anatomy, physiology and biomechanics. We are a progressive resistance strength training facility. We believe the muscles truly are the gateway to other bodily systems and physiological adaptations. Only you and your instructor will be present on the exercise floor during your session, guaranteed. We value your complete privacy and understand the importance of your hard work and ultimate concentration. From controlled temperature setting, to the top of the line equipment and the strict attention to detail in your training, this facility is designed to allow for optimal results. The instruction offered here at Clinical Exercise is unmatched. Each exercise is recorded for proper dose-response analysis. The best part is our exercise protocol only requires one to two 20-30 minute sessions per week.
